NO WAR. НЕТ ВОЙНЕ.

This is not a typical post for me. Usually, I write about technology. But at the moment I just can’t stay away.

Today trouble has come into my country. I live in Russia. And two days ago a mad person (who captured my country many years ago) attacked Ukraine. Yes, it was Vladimir Putin.

Now I have a sense of shame and sorrow and anger.

We couldn’t keep the monster, this ugly leviathan, and he broke free, bringing death, pain, and destruction to everything around.

Unfortunately, we can’t stop him now. All our attempts to stop his madness are being crushed by the fists of his brutal security forces inside our country.

I am sad to read the messages and posts from our Ukrainian brothers and sisters that the Russians are to blame for everything. We did not support this invasion, we do not support it now. Putin did not ask for our opinion. He is supported only by a group of inadequate officials. But the whole of Russia and the people, the people who live inside this country, are against the war. We have been with you mentally and will always be with you.

Forgive us. We couldn’t protect you.

Glory to Ukraine. The Russians are with you. Russians are against Putin’s despotism.
